Under the role of temporary manager, when we are given responsibility for directly managing projects, we work alongside human resources with a growth perspective.
In both cases we are committed to what to do and how to do it, by involving, motivating and training the people we work with.
We collaborate as teachers of Masters, Global MBAs and as Corporate Program Directors with Business Management schools; in particular, we are University of Bologna Business School partners.
